Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will be the servant-leader for our development teams, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
You will facilitate the Scrum process, guide the team in Agile practices, and work closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog.
Your unique blend of Scrum mastery and PHP/Laravel expertise will enable you to better understand technical challenges and facilitate effective solutions.

You will facilitate the Scrum process, guide the team in Agile practices, and work closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog.
Your unique blend of Scrum mastery and PHP/Laravel expertise will enable you to better understand technical challenges and facilitate effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all team members update their daily tasks in the project management tool (e.g., JIRA).
- Verify that tasks are appropriately assigned and align with sprint objectives.
- Assist the team in breaking down larger tasks into manageable pieces.
- Monitor task progress and compare it with estimated timelines.
- Evaluate time spent on tasks to ensure efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing user stories.
- Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the development team.
- Ensure alignment between team efforts and business goals.
- Leverage your PHP and Laravel development experience to better understand technical challenges.
- Facilitate technical discussions and help the team find solutions.
- Understand and communicate technical dependencies and risks.
- Help to improve the technical workflow.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3+ years in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
