Role: This position will support and lead the Analytic Quality Validation (AQV) Operations team and will be part of the GAC Compliance & Risk team.

Role: This position will support and lead the Analytic Quality Validation (AQV) Operations team and will be part of the GAC Compliance & Risk team.

- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the repository tool, ensuring all entries and associated documentation are up-to-date and compliant with internal standards.
- Lead the preparation of various reports for the S&P Onshore team, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and delivered within established deadlines.
- Contribute to development, maintenance and enhancement of various Analytic Platforms/visualizations, including design and implementation of RPA, Python, Power BI or other forms of automation to reduce time spent on repetitive, high manual effort tasks Identify and implement process enhancements within the AQV Operations team by adopting best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while planning and evaluating business processes to enhance speed, quality, and output.
- Provide data support to the AQV analytical team during Framework Review activities, including the evaluation of models, criteria, and file reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in preparing metrics and reports for regulatory compliance, while also mentoring junior staff to foster knowledge sharing and skill development within the AQV Operations team. Enhance day-to-day operations by offering oversight and value-added direction to employees.
- Take the initiative on special projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards to track performance.
- Supervise workflow and resource allocation to effectively achieve tasks and deliverables, ensuring optimal team utilization and productivity.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational compliance policies and procedures.
- Ownership of all deliverables to client and be responsible for timeliness and quality of all tasks and activities delivered. Ensure top quality user/service experience.
- Develop cordial and trust based relationship with international clients and own team, and fully own the service delivery of client requests.
- Work closely with clients/relevant stakeholders to understand their project requirements, design, develop and deliver intelligence and efficient solutions by utilizing the team
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients on guidance on tasks, progress of deliverables, issues/challenges in the smooth execution of tasks within timelines
- Manage a team and assist in enhancing performance, engagement and skill development of the team
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and contributing in career development planning and performance reviews
- Plan resource requirements and develop successor or back-up planning
- Assist in managing the aspirations of team members and create an environment of continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience working with policy related documentation is preferred.
- Solid Proficiency with Databricks, Power BI, Advanced Excel, R or Python required
- Motivated and able to work independently and remotely from department management.
- Knowledge and experience in automation techniques
- Proficiency with document storage solutions and MicroStrategy (MSTR) would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.
- Experience in data mining, data warehousing, and data mapping
- Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and drive to achieve outcomes under stringent timelines
