About the Role: Sun Pharma is establishing a Central Technical Training Academy in Vadodara to enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural Trainer to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the professional growth of both new and existing employees across various plants in the Vadodara cluster (Halol, Baska, Dadra, Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct behavioural training sessions for new employees (freshers) and existing employees, focusing on soft skills, communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential behavioural competencies.
  • Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of different employee groups.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Provide constructive feedback to participants to foster continuous improvement.
  • Customization: Adapt training content to address specific challenges and requirements of different departments and roles within the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical trainers, HR, and department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and employee development plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in behavioural training and incorporate them into the training programs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress. Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in behavioural training or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
    • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
    • Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
    • Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) are a plus.
