Description

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 8 to 15 years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Proven experience in developing production-grade backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of system design principles, scalability, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Exposure to frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical design decisions clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Contribute to architecture discussions involving scalability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions and system design documents.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services effectively.
  • Contribute to defining service communication patterns and data flow between microservices.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in architecture and software design.
