Role Description

At LITTLE EXTRA, we believe in creating authentic, relatable, and empowering beauty content. As a Content Creation Intern, you will play a hands-on role in developing and showcasing our skincare and beauty products across digital platforms.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of the camera, has a creative eye, and is excited to collaborate on lifestyle and beauty campaigns. You’ll gain valuable industry experience in content strategy, social media trends, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in brand photoshoots and short-form video production
• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Assist with content ideation and script/storyboard development
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align content with campaigns
• Maintain brand tone and visual identity in all content

Creative Note:

To authentically represent our target audience, this internship opportunity is currently prioritizing individuals who identify as female or feminine-presenting, in line with the artistic and branding direction of our upcoming beauty campaigns.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in skincare, beauty, and content creation
• Comfortable appearing on camera and taking part in photoshoots
• Active on social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media trends and storytelling
• Creative mindset, self-motivated, and a team player
• Previous content creation experience (personal or brand-based) is a plus
• Must be able to provide samples or links to past content (Reels, posts, etc.)
