Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their skin type, beauty regimen, and preferences.
- Product Recommendations: Suggest suitable skincare products and cosmetics that meet customers' needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform makeovers and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and application techniques.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, handle transactions, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and new products in the market.
- Store Presentation: Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and maintain a clean work area.
- 10+2/PUC or Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a high school diploma may also be considered.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong product knowledge, ability to apply makeup, and good communication skills.
- Certifications: Professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup, or Cosmetology is a plus.
