Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential customers who have shown interest in buying property
  • Understand the customer’s budget and property needs
  • Suggest suitable real estate projects based on their requirements
  • Keep regular contact with customers through calls and messages
  • Arrange and confirm site visits for interested customers
  • Coordinate with developers’ sales teams for smooth communication
  • Maintain a proper record of all leads and updates in the system
  • Follow up until the customer is handed over to the closing manager
