Job Description
As a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst for Travel & Expense in the Global Corporate Center, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's travel and expense operations. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, managing expense reports, and working closely with other departments to optimize travel and expense processes.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage and oversee the company's travel and expense operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to manage and track expenses.
Use Excel to create and maintain detailed financial reports and analyses.
Work closely with other departments to optimize travel and expense processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Demonstrate a strong business and commercial acumen, understanding the impact of travel and expense operations on the company's overall financial performance.
Maintain a global mindset, understanding the unique needs and challenges of managing travel and expenses in different regions.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively communicating with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
Show a commitment to people excellence, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and promoting employee development.
Demonstrate entrepreneurship, taking initiative to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve travel and expense operations.
