Job Summary

As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of IDFC FIRST Bank and will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch and provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
• Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or sales and relationship management
