Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable banking products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or sales and relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
