Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns
• Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
