Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a banking or financial products environment
- Must have minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of work experience in relevant field
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services
- Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals
- Highly goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Drive sales of banking products and services to meet or exceed assigned targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on financial product offerings and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management
