Job Summary

Banas Dairy is looking for a skilled and experienced Unit IT Head to lead IT operations at its Faridabad plant. This role entails managing IT infrastructure, aligning local IT strategies with corporate objectives, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 Years of experience in IT infrastructure management and a proven ability to drive digital transformation within a plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Local IT Operations Management :

• Manage daily IT operations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide technical support to plant departments and address IT-related requirements.
• Ensure IT systems meet operational demands and enhance plant performance.
  
  

Alignment With Corporate IT Strategy

• Implement plant-level IT strategies that align with the corporate IT roadmap.
• Collaborate with corporate IT teams to integrate plant IT operations into overall organizational goals.
  
  

Performance Monitoring And Issue Resolution

• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability.
• Resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  
  

MCC Support

• Provide system and application support for the Management Control Center (MCC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting MCC functionality.
  
  

CCTV Management

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of plant CCTV systems.
• Ensure surveillance systems operate effectively to meet security and monitoring needs.
  
  

Operations Technology Support And Management

• Manage and support plant operations technology systems to enhance productivity.
• Ensure IT infrastructure supports the smooth running of operations.
  
  

Digital Fluency Training

• Conduct training sessions on digital tools and technologies for plant staff.
• Promote the adoption of new digital solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
  

Small-Scale IT Purchases

• Procure minor IT hardware or software within the plant's budgetary framework.
• Ensure all purchases comply with corporate IT standards, obtaining prior approvals for MCA or B.Tech/MTech in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  

Certifications (Preferred): IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management (PMS), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a plant or industrial environment.
