Job Overview

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive Service Function to join our mid-level team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and will support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Expertise in entering and managing data with accuracy
  • Administrative Support (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing administrative support functions
  • Microsoft Office (Mandatory skill): Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and customers effectively
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in tasks
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem Solving: Adept at identifying issues and developing effective solutions
  • SAP: Practical knowledge and experience in using SAP software for various tasks

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain updated records
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle customer inquiries and redirect them to appropriate departments
