This job is provided by apna.co Job Profile: Team Leader – Back Office & Recruitment Position Overview: The Team Leader – Back Office & Recruitment will manage a team responsible for back-office administrative tasks while overseeing recruitment efforts to meet staffing needs. This role combines operational efficiency with talent acquisition responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the back-office team, set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
Back Office Operations: Oversee administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and document management. Ensure accuracy and compliance.
Recruitment: Lead the hiring process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Work with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline workflows for both back-office tasks and recruitment processes.
Reporting & Metrics: Track team performance and recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years in back-office administration and recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in recruitment tools and office software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
