Back Office Executive

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Back Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and maintaining smooth workflow. The following are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

• Administrative Support: Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, data entry, and documentation.
• Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer and service records in an organized manner.
• Coordinating Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-up.
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Report Generation: Assisting in the preparation of reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
  
  

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in the service industry is required.
• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred. Good command in English , Hindi, Gujarati language is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations is essential.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
