Job Overview

Sone India Group Of Industries is seeking a dedicated Automation Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This mid-level, full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The job location can be in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, or Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and automation.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in sales related to automated solutions (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong background in automation technologies and products (Mandatory skill)
  • Possess technical knowledge relevant to electrical/electronics sectors, enabling effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in customer relationship management with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Skilled negotiator capable of balancing company and customer needs to close deals
  • Effective presentation skills to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of automation solutions within the specified regions
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs and technical requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions
  • Conduct technical consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable automation solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to track performance and strategize for growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
