Augurs - Android Developer - Hybrid Apps

This role is for a Tech Lead who will oversee and guide the development of hybrid mobile applications at Augurs Technologies.

The Tech Lead will work closely with a team that has experience in building mobile, internal, and external web-based applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hybrid mobile development, as well as experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, and deployment of Hybrid mobile applications using technologies like React Native, Ionic and Flutter.
• Oversee and contribute to the architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and continuous integration.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks, and incorporate them into the development
  
  

process where appropriate.

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building consumer-facing Mobile Applications, with a focus on Hybrid mobile technologies like React Native, Ionic, or Flutter.(compulsory any one).
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Redux lifecycle, SAGA, store, and middleware.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, and jQuery plugins (experience in writing custom JavaScript/jQuery plugins is a plus).
• Expertise in web standards, CSS-3, XHTML, XSS, CSRF, etc.
• Experience with Node.js is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of client-side JavaScript (JavaScript namespace, scope, objects, closure, JSON, and XML).
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
