- Previous experience in auditing or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial auditing software and MS Office Suite
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial control frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Perform risk assessment on financial processes and provide recommendations for improvement
- Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls
- Prepare audit findings reports and present them to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective action plans
- Stay up-to-date with legal requirements, industry best practices, and auditing standards
- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit programs and procedures
