The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and modern data science techniques with strong business acumen and leadership skills. The role involves solving complex problems, building scalable models, and integrating advanced AI solutions into business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Data Science Leadership:

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
• Mentor team members, promoting best practices in experimentation, coding, and model evaluation.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical solutions using robust quantitative methods.
  
  

Model Development & AI Integration

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using regression, tree-based methods (e.g., Random Forest), LSTM, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Apply deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

• Perform exploratory data analysis, sampling, and inferential testing to identify trends and actionable insights.

Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of experience in data science, with deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models, including deep learning and time series forecasting.
• Expertise in cloud platforms and data pipeline integration for scalable model delivery.
• Strong understanding of statistical inference, econometrics, and experimental design.
• Experience with LLMs and advanced language models is a plus.
