They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. Those in other assurance services at PwC will focus on providing assurance services to organisations in respect of other laws and regulations (excluding statutory financial statement audits). Working in this area, you will have knowledge of particular industry or local/international non-audit assurance requirements/practices.

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Assurance Operations team you facilitate resource allocation, budget management, and operational compliance across various teams. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strength in analytical skills for budget management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient presentation skills for reporting purposes
- Familiarity with compliance standards in the industry
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
