As part of the Data Analytics team you will assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources to support business objectives. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers a unique chance to build meaningful client connections, engage in research, and participate in project tasks within a fast-paced environment.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science
• 1 year of experience
• Oral and written profciency in English required What Sets You Apart
• Master's Degree preferred
• Certifed Public Accountant or equivalent certifcation
• Possessing knowledge of Azure Databricks, Alteryx, Python, SAS, Knime
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages
• Understanding Power BI data visualization techniques
• Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Having more than 1 year of experience in data analytics
• Demonstrating eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources to support business objectives
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement data models and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or Power Bi
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate fndings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation and data dictionaries to ensure data integrity and governance
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
