  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for required positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online, career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
  • Managing hiring processes
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating per-interview assessments.
  • Conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely updates to promotion and demobilization letters to maintain accuracy and support effective personnel management
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Posting the Job requirements in social media like LinkedIn, Naukri and Zoho portals
  • Should Prepare the offer letter and update the details in HR master sheet.
  • To share the welcome note, when the employee is on board and post it on linkedin
  • Should Organize the HR induction with all the department.
  • Sharing all open position to alluser through mail in 15 days bases
  • Offered position/ rollout offer status sending updating timely with the operations ans Business development team.
  • Conducting employee engagement activities like Friday celebration, engaging employees in festival games, Friday games etc.,
  • Organizing and arranging gifts for events
  • Interacting with railway engineering institutes to offer internship opportunities and considering candidates for organizational roles based on their performance.
