Shree Mahavir Metalcraft Pvt. Ltd, is looking for an Assistant Manager Purchase for manufacturing plant at Jamnagar. This person shall be based out of Jamnagar. He/ She will be responsible to procurement, job work, Negotiation and manage strategic relationships with Supplier and Job worker.

Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- To Implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Continuous working on price reduction.
- Ensure timely procurement of material.
- Ensure the controls over the purchasing budgets.
- New vendor development & to do vendor consolidation as Assa Abloy SOP.
- Relationship management with the existing vendors
- To coordinate with store and ensure that inventory targets are met.
- Accurate & timely reporting to the management
- Supervising & motivating the team members
- Reviewing the performance of sub-ordinates & provide them the required guidance.
- SAP & Advance Excel knowledge must.
- Good Communication skills in English& Hindi, Gujrati Must
- Basic knowledge of metal prices and market trend
- Basic knowledge on manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing set up.
