Responsibilities

• Manage Housekeeping Operations: Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at Sula Vineyards.
• Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of performance at Sula Vineyards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests' rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort, addressing any issues promptly at Sula Vineyards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock at Sula Vineyards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards at Sula Vineyards.
• Implement Procedures: Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and service quality at Sula Vineyards.
