Timings: 09:00 - 5:30 IST / 6 days Working /Sunday Off
Office Location: Kalol, Gandhinagar
CTC: 8-10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Management: Manage blue- and white-collar employees, address grievances, and promote a positive work culture.
Attendance & Payroll: Monitor attendance systems and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations.
Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. Coordinate with labor authorities for audits, inspections, and submissions.
Manufacturing Support: Oversee administrative tasks to support manufacturing operations and facility maintenance.
Travel Management: Arrange employee and management travel, including ticket bookings.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as a communication link between employees, management, and external agencies.
Administrative Tasks: Manage vendor procurement and administrative supplies. Organize events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
