Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

Conduct site visits along with the Business Development (BD) team to evaluate the feasibility of pod construction at different locations.

Ensure that all materials used during construction are of high quality and comply with the project specifications. Approve vendors and suppliers based on material standards and reliability.

Develop and manage project timelines, preparing detailed plans to ensure timely completion of each phase. Use tools like PERT charts, Gantt charts, and project management software to track progress.

Prepare and finalize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each pod construction project, ensuring accuracy based on the detailed architectural drawings.

Review and validate floor plans and designs to ensure they align with physical site conditions and meet the required specifications.

Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with the safety standards, and company specifications.

Oversee the construction of pods on-site, ensuring that all construction work is done according to the project design, quality standards, and within the allocated budget.

Conduct frequent site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Inspect construction materials and finished work at regular intervals to ensure quality standards are being met. Address any deficiencies immediately.

Ensure that all safety protocols and construction standards are followed at the site, including the correct use of materials, machinery, and equipment.

Guide and supervise the site engineers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to the project plan and execute their tasks efficiently.

Identify and manage relationships with key contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure that they meet delivery deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, BD, Facilities, and IT for the smooth execution of projects.

Evaluate vendor performance based on the work delivered, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly to maintain project progress.

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and the project stays within budget.

Ensure that all required resources, including labor and materials, are available on time to prevent delays.

Track project expenses and provide regular updates to the Sr. Management

Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, highlighting any challenges or delays and proposing solutions.

Ensure all regulatory approvals, permits, and licenses are obtained and documented.
