Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of all projects within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project timelines and resources.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the senior leadership team, offering proactive solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, with specific experience in City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree or MBA in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Any relevant certification in City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects would be an advantage.
