Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders, sourcing top talent, and delivering a great candidate experience.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders, sourcing top talent, and delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source quality talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, renege rate, etc.).
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and support employer branding activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT as applicable).
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS or recruitment tools preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Team player with ownership mindset.
