Job Summary
The Associate Relationship Manager-HL will be responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan portfolio in the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the mortgage market, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate leads and increase sales of Home Loans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Meet with customers to discuss their Home Loan requirements and provide them with suitable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of Home Loan applications
- Monitor and manage the performance of the Home Loan portfolio, including tracking and achieving sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the mortgage market to provide customers with the best possible advice and solutions
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while carrying out job responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on Home Loans or Mortgages
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of local language and culture is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
