Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's (any discipline)
• Freshers are eligible to apply (UG/ PG)
• Experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus!
  
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for US Healthcare industry for Nurses, Doctors, Physicians, Therapists etc.
• Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong pipeline.
