Job Summary

Finacle Technical Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 2 to 5 years of experience in FLEXCUBE - Accounting and FLEXCUBE - CASA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FLEXCUBE
• Accounting and FLEXCUBE
• CASA systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FLEXCUBE systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely resolution of system issues to minimize downtime and operational impact.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
• Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for system support and maintenance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset and wealth management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in FLEXCUBE
• Accounting and FLEXCUBE
• CASA.
• Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking abilities.
• Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Display strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
