Associate Project Manager

What You'll Do

You will be reporting to the Manager, Professional Services. You will work from the Pune office in a hybrid mode.

• You will manage the planning, direction, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
• You will help define project scope and goals, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.
• You will develop and deliver to customers a detailed project plan to track progress
• You will monitor client projects and keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate.
• You will manage the relationship with the client, consulting team Avalara partners and all stakeholders.
• You will independently work with internal and external groups on multiple simultaneous projects.
• You will assist clients and functional consultants with developing testing plans and procedures.
• You will support the sales and account management teams in selling additional tax and professional services.
• You will partner with Engineering, IT, and other teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials and project plans are updated and available for our teams, senior leaders, and external partners.
  
  

What You'll Need to be Successful

• Five years of work experience
• Two or more years of software implementation experience in a SaaS organisation.
• Experience with multiple ERP and e-commerce solutions with a focus on sales order/invoicing processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of Systems Delivery Life Cycle and Software Development Lifecycle.
