About the Role: Join eClerx as a Program Head in Centre of Excellence for Analytics, where you will help us scale Retail/CPG Analytics practice. This role involves building new analytics solutions and growth strategies for Retail / eCommerce / CPG industries in close partnership with sales and business development team. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the client's executive team and a guiding partner to the service delivery team.

Associate Program Roles And Responsibilities

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' sales, marketing, strategy and supply chain functions and use power of data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
• Provide retail / CPG industry thought leadership and best practices to consult clients
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to build cutting-edge analytics solutions to cater to client’s business needs
• Actively collaborate with the global team of sales, advisors, delivery and centre of excellence to consult and facilitate the seamless execution of ideas and solutions
• Drive revenue growth by building innovative solutions, partnering with sales on go-to-market strategies and plans and owning presales support
• Stay updated with industry trends, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies in these industries
  
  

Technical And Functional Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in consulting, analytics, strategy space, in Retail, ecommerce, CPG industries.
• In-depth knowledge of industry functions, practices, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, statistical/machine learning and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and build solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
