Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery across logistics, fleet, and seller-focused tools.
- Deep-dive into data to extract insights, validate hypotheses, and guide product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to shape, execute, and iterate features.
- Conduct user and market research to build for the real Bharat.
- Define metrics and drive a culture of experimentation and measurement.
- 3 - 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, logistics, mobility, or infrastructure tech.
- Strong analytical chops and data is your second language.
- You thrive in ambiguity and love owning outcomes.
- A builder's mindset: resourceful, iterative, fast-moving.
- You care deeply about the people you're building for and want to be in the field to understand them better.
- Background in logistics, agri-tech, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Exposure to ML/AI, automation, or IoT-based product development.
- Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or agile workflows.
