Job Purpose
To provide support to Head HR by ensuring Implementation of Talent Management initiatives and Processes, including HR operations, across the business through active participation and in close coordination with Business Heads and Line Managers.

5 +years of HRBP experience

Key Accountabilities
Business Partnering :
- Act as central point for ALD HR Integration
- Participate in Business Function(s) Planning & Reviews aligned to HR priorities
- Facilitate & evolve Business Function(s) Vision / Mission & cascade it to every employee &
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
- Preparation of the workforce plans in line with the Strat Plan & AOP for the business and
- Prepare HR related costing and integrate it with business AOP.
- Preparation/vetting of JDs, evaluation of CVs, finalizing interview panels, organizing
talent acquisition process.
- Maximize IJP success.
- Rolling out on-boarding processes including pre joining & post joining induction. Obtaining
