A dynamic and data-driven supply planning and demand forecasting function, contributing to critical business decisions across multiple markets including NIM, Angola SOAP, FMCL, Ghana Manufacturing, India, and China. You will play a key role in improving inventory management, forecast accuracy, and product availability by leveraging analytical tools and cross-functional coordination.

A dynamic and data-driven supply planning and demand forecasting function, contributing to critical business decisions across multiple markets including NIM, Angola SOAP, FMCL, Ghana Manufacturing, India, and China. You will play a key role in improving inventory management, forecast accuracy, and product availability by leveraging analytical tools and cross-functional coordination.
What to expect:
- Involvement in end-to-end demand planning, forecasting, and inventory availability processes.
- Preparation and analysis of sales loss files, dashboards, and forecast accuracy reports.
- Product planning, reconciliation, and monthly demand release across multiple international markets.
- Review and analysis of excess inventory and tracking changes on a monthly basis.
- Collection of data related to demand-impacting events such as promotions and production delays.
- Preparation of regular reports, including M2 Reports, Demand Release (India & China – Quarterly), and CTS & Planning File (Weekly).
- Independently handling operations related to forecasting and product availability.
- Coordination with Operating Units (OUs) for forecast discussions and alignment.
- Continuous improvement of systems and methods to enhance forecasting accuracy and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools
- Stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or a related field (B.E. preferred)
- Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain or relevant domain (preferred)
- 4 to 7 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management
