As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new household customers for the bank. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing our market share in the retail banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
