IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) North 1 to join our Retail Banking team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers in the North 1 region of Haryana, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new current account relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of current account products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the North 1 region of Haryana, India
Additional Parameters
- Fluency in local language (Hindi) is preferred
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences is a plus
- Experience in handling corporate clients is an added advantage
