As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (CASA), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our current account and savings account (CASA) products. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our retail banking business and contributing to the overall success of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and promote our CASA products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly CASA products, is preferred
- Proficiency in local language and English is required
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
