Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of Role :
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures
Provide HSE guidance and support to all levels of the organization, including training and awareness programs
Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and resolution of HSE-related incidents
Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE requirements into project plans and operations

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years of experience in HSE management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of implementing safety programs and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
