Job Location: IITM Research Park, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and maintain candidate communication.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in implementing employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Work on initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
  • Handle employee insurance policies, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms & ATS (Greenhouse would be an added)
