Job Description:
We are looking for an Associate Graphic Designer (3-5 years experience) with a strong design acumen, capable of delivering high-quality visual assets across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have a deep understanding of branding and design principles, and be able to translate ideas into stunning visuals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Execution
- Develop visually appealing designs for social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create compelling brand assets, logos, typography, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
- Design UI elements, banners, and infographics to enhance digital experiences.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals, colours, typography, and layouts across all media.
2. Tools & Technical Expertise
- Work efficiently with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and layout work.
- Utilize Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design and wireframing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Edit and enhance high-resolution images and graphics for various platforms.
3. Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, typography, and digital media best practices.
- Experiment with new design styles, colour schemes, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Contribute fresh ideas to branding, campaign visuals, and marketing designs.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Adapt and modify designs based on client and team feedback while maintaining quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus).
- Excellent sense of visual composition, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to create branding materials, digital assets, and marketing collateral with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic approach to design.
- Excellent time management to handle multiple design projects efficiently.
