Responsibilities
Maintenance of drives & switchgears of mills, fans and auxiliaries.
Maintenance of Generator and auxiliaries.
Maintenance of electrical system of CHP, AHP and balance of plant.
Switchyard maintenance.
Preventive / predictive / breakdown maintenance.
Condition based maintenance and RCM Techniques.
Spare parts management.
Electrical repair shop management.
Co-ordination with Statutory authority.
Electrical testing and condition monitoring.
Quality assurance plan.
Trouble shouting and equipment failure analysis.
Overhauling planning and Execution.
Work for zero outage and no partial loss
Monitor contractors and direct them to perform timely & quality work.
Implementation of DISHA / 5S / SMS / IMS / EnMS / Six Sigma.
Conducting the awareness programmes for contract workers.
Carrying out job safety & risk assessment for all types of jobs.
Preparation of job specific JSA, conducting Safety Interactions per month
Monitoring safety practices on site and implementation of SMS. Removal unsafe condition if any. Participation and ensure the compliance of SMS activities
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech- Electrical
Exp- 20 Yrs+
