Role Description

This hybrid Associate Founder role combines investment partnership with leadership responsibilities for developing and growing IPD Media Networks. Stationed in Coimbatore with partial flexibility, the role will involve identifying new investment opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving innovation in digital media, and overseeing daily operations. The candidate will also actively participate in developing content strategies, managing business growth, and ensuring compliance with journalistic standards. Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills for driving business development and partnerships
  • Experience in investment management and an understanding of financial strategies
  • Knowledge of digital media, content creation, and audience engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
  • Familiarity with ethical journalism practices and regulatory standards in media
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth in the media industry
