Avantor is looking for an Associate for Equipment Services Support team. He/She will be a member of a multi-disciplined customer support team. Should be a proactive team member, who communicates well with others and is dedicated to achieving team targets. Must have a flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Graduation in any field.
Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

- Timely and professional response to incoming telephone calls
- Resolve customer product and service queries/complaints
- Pricing enquiries
- Internet queries/registrations
- Proof of delivery requests
- Invoice queries
- Administration of product returns
- Provide information on product availability
- Provide Certificates of Analysis
- Any other customer support functions
- Provide pre/post sales technical support via email/call/chat.
- Help accomplish team goals and objective by being a good team player
- To ensure health and safety is supported within the workplace.
