Functional / Technical Competencies

• Experienced in Problem solving Tools Techniques like [ Quality Tools, 8D, Kaizen, QC Story, A3, FMEA, GDT etc.]
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Windows Application knowledge like Excel, Power Point, Word, using QA software tools and processes.
• Trouble shooting skills in Electronics/Computer
• Basic system knowledge in Supplier Quality process.
• Hands on experience in mechanical parts inspection quality report related paperwork.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assuring that the manufacturing process output quality level continues to have year over year positive impact part DPPM.
• Experience 4+yrs
• Support the supplier quality manger in meeting business goals and maintaining the documentation standards required by the quality systems.
• Work with CFT team for continuous improvement projects to improve product [FPY] first pass yield, assembly Debug, and customer complaints.
• Responsible for conducting supplier audit validation.
• Support in New part development against Engineering drawing.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products from supplier comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting part, supplier production issues.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements through 8D.
• Conduct training to operator on supplier quality requirement process.
• Responsible for conducting BMS with supplier and supporting team.
• Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
