Associate Director

The Associate Director, Digital Commerce - Solutions Specialist & Business Development, will be instrumental in driving FCC's growth by architecting tailored digital commerce solutions for clients. This role involves responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), delivering compelling client pitches, and formulating strategies to retain and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic business acumen, and exceptional client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design and propose customized digital commerce solutions leveraging FCC's composable commerce architecture to meet client-specific requirements.
• RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including requirement analysis, solution design, proposal drafting, and presentation.
• Client Engagement: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of FCC's solutions.
• Business Development Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients to expand FCC's market presence.
• Client Retention: Collaborate with Customer Success team to devise and implement strategies aimed at retaining and growing existing client accounts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of solutions with market needs and client expectations.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform solution development and business strategies.
