IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. As an Associate Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing the debt flows for our consumer durable loans portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the flow of consumer durable loans
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with them to generate leads
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient processing of loan applications
• Monitor and manage the loan disbursement process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns related to consumer durable loans
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations related to consumer durable loans
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on consumer durable loans
• Strong understanding of the consumer durable loans market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Indore, Madhya Pradesh is preferred
