You will
You will
- help to develop and execute an area sales strategy for our entire product, service and solution portfolio in the assigned states of South and West India, based on market requirements and client needs, while working with Area Business Development Manager (BDM) assigned for the said region
- support assigned Area BDM to drive complex sales cycles through the client’s and our organization from presales to contract signature
- drive up-selling and cross-selling, as well as Account Management of the new and existing clients in the designated states.
- build a pipeline of business opportunities by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new and existing clients, working in close partnership with internal stakeholders
- deliver consistently against sales targets, prioritizing and delivering business opportunities in line with overall Company goals, while working with assigned Area BDM
- keep abreast of trends and changes in our industry and provide coherent feedback to internal stakeholders such as Product Line teams, Marketing and Sales Operations
- discuss and develop campaign strategies and activities together with our Marketing team and assigned Area BDM
- a pro-active owner, taking ownership while also receiving guidance, coaching and instructions on tasks, adjusting and flaging concerns as they arise, and manage your time well. You feel comfortable driving your own development by seeking peer and managerial feedback when you need support.

- 3+ years’ experience in Business Development or a similar client facing sales role in B2B environment
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) would be a definite plus but not mandatory. However willingness to learn IP is must
- a bachelor/master’s degree
- a proven track record in constantly delivering against sales targets
- strong analytical skills and already demonstrated your ability to think strategically about complex challenges and to develop recommendations and action plans
- a good command of a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) and you understand why you maintain customer, pipeline, and forecast data in an accurate and timely manner
- ability to travel frequently across India, as job will have an extensive travel requirement
- fluency in English and Hindi
