Associate Business Analyst

Job Description

Job Purpose

The Associate Business Analyst within the Commercial Business Operations team will help drive initiatives that improve how our teams work, support data-driven decision making, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to build a foundation in business analysis while working closely with senior analysts, sales and operations leaders, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and project teams to document current processes and help design future-state solutions.
• Translate business challenges into actionable requirements by gathering, analyzing, and validating input from stakeholders.
• Support the creation of functional and system requirements, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts and best practices.
• Assist with walkthroughs of requirements for business, development, and QA teams.
• Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
• Contribute to change management by creating documentation, training materials, and supporting end-user adoption.
• Stay current on Salesforce and analytics tools to recommend new capabilities and help optimize workflows.
  
  

Preferred Knowledge And Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field.
• Background in financial services, data services, or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and communicate insights.
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, or revenue operations processes, and an interest in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Experience with the following a plus:
• Business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• CRM platforms like Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) or similar
• Monday.com
• Artificial Intelligence tools or concepts
